Solidmarr is a small and personal construction company that delivers services in ground and construction work, as well as renovation and extension projects primarily for private individuals. We distinguish ourselves by always maintaining close dialogue with our customers and being able to solve most of our clients' needs. We believe in honesty & trust; long-term relationships are key to our business. The company is based in Botkyrka but performs work throughout the Greater Stockholm area.
We are currently looking to grow and are seeking Craftsmen for existing work teams and a new work team. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of tasks and possibilities to grow together with the company.
As a Craftsman, you will among other things:
• Work on ground and construction projects including: drainage, paving, installation & establishment of individual sewage systems
• Work on carpentry including: kitchen installation, tiling, flooring, deck building, roof work, and some custom fine carpentry
• Responsible for time reporting - beyond that, there is very little administration
You will work in teams of three people. We have zero tolerance for expressing prejudices in the company; it is important that everyone feels welcome and that our customers are treated with respect.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Preferably a versatile craftsman in handicraft & carpentry
• Communicate in Swedish and Polish
• B driver's license

Independent & Problem-solver; As you and your team will determine daily tasks. In the jobs we undertake, continuous adaptation is often necessary, and finding smooth solutions provides great value to the customer.
Meriting factors include:
• Professional certification in your trade
• BKR certification
• Wet room certification
• Experience operating various machinery
