Your Responsibilities
As a PLM Administrator, you are a crucial part of the project operations and function as operational support to engineers and project managers. You are responsible for ensuring that information in our systems is updated, accurate, and accessible - a key role in maintaining structure and quality in the information flow throughout the project lifecycle. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and enjoys working methodically and systematically. You find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems and processes and appreciate work where order and quality make a difference.
Main Work Tasks:
• Manage and update documentation and product data in the PLM system
• Support Project Lead Engineers with spare parts orders and other project administration
• Ensure documentation is complete, correct, and available before project deliveries
• Coordinate with other functions to improve information flows and working methods
• Follow up and report status on documentation-related activities
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
• Experience in administrative work, preferably within technical or industrial projects
• Good system proficiency, especially from PLM or ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and with high accuracy
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Technical education is meritorious
