Your Role
As a Site Manager, you have broad operational responsibility where you drive the business forward. This means that you build and nurture long-term customer relationships with the goal of achieving a high repurchase rate, as well as actively working on networking. Regarding results and follow-up, you set goals in collaboration with your immediate supervisor, the regional manager, and monitor the area’s results and budget. You ensure good resource availability to meet the development of the customer base and continuously work with key figures and KPIs such as employee well-being, staff turnover, and customer and veteran satisfaction.
You have ultimate responsibility for assigning veterans to assignments with both new and existing private and corporate clients across various sectors. Therefore, it is important that you lead and distribute work among the office staff so they can work as efficiently as possible. You support the office staff in recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding veterans, as well as being responsible for resource planning and ensuring a good balance between personnel and assignments. You plan team activities to strengthen cohesion and engagement among employees. You coach and follow up with your team weekly based on individual goals. Additionally, you are responsible for training, employee and salary discussions, as well as workplace environment issues.

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role with personnel responsibility
• Documented experience in developing and leading teams towards set goals
• Good local knowledge and a large network
• Experience in customer contact and sales, preferably in a local context
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both spoken and written forms
• Ability to work systematically and independently in digital and fast-paced environments
• Access to a driver's license and a personal vehicle
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
