Autoexperten is seeking a driven and committed Site Manager for our Regional Distribution Center Autoexperten in Örebro.

Our regional distribution centers operate like stores with a broader range of stock, increased storage capacity, and larger premises. They enhance accessibility, reduce delivery times, and enable nearby stores and their customers to benefit from the RDC's inventory and resources.
Leadership and expansion as goals
As Site Manager at Autoexperten Retail, you will have the chance to influence the store's strategic direction, with your primary task being to ensure that your team and the daily operations for customers/workshops run smoothly. You will achieve this by customer-oriented planning of deliveries, securing reliable supply with the right assortment, and delivering quickly with high service.
An important part of your daily routine will be to be solution-oriented and to build strong, genuine relationships with both customers and employees. The competition in the market drives us to constantly strive to stay one step ahead, making us the customer's first choice.

In addition to having excellent oversight of daily operations, our Site Manager has a strong focus on sales. You are highly involved in the daily activities and are always there in the background to support and guide the team in operational tasks when needed.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry or a related field. Experience in retail/wholesale focused on vehicles, spare parts, or components is advantageous.
You thrive in a dynamic and sales-oriented environment where you can inspire others to reach ambitious goals.

Autoexperten offers good employment conditions as well as opportunities for skills development in close collaboration with your immediate manager and management. The position is a permanent employment (we apply a 6-month probationary period) based in Örebro.
