Your new job
In the role of site manager, you will be responsible for leading, distributing, and developing the daily operations at the workshop in Tierp. You will be a key person for both employees and customers in the area. Your responsibilities include:
• Planning of service and repairs on customer machines
• Handling urgent customer issues
• Personnel responsibility and workplace safety for the workshop's employees
• Responsibility for results and follow-up of the facility
In addition to daily operations, you will contribute to long-term improvement work within Sales & Service. Together with the service manager, other site managers, and the central technical group, you will also plan the introduction and training of employees.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
• Previous experience in leadership and personnel responsibility
• A driving license, at least class B
• Good knowledge of Swedish, as well as basic knowledge of English
Additionally, the following are meritorious:
• Experience in service and aftermarket, preferably from the automotive industry or forestry sector
• Familiarity with working in ERP/business systems
