**The Role of Site Manager**
We are now seeking an engaged and driven Site Manager who wants to lead larger earthworks and infrastructure projects in land and water management (VA). Svevia in Skåne is clearly on the rise and is now investing to become even better – and we want you to be a part of that!

**Your Daily Responsibilities as Site Manager:**
- Lead and plan projects from bidding to final accounts
- Be responsible for safety, working environment, and environmental aspects in the projects
- Manage production estimates, budgets, and production planning
- Ensure that the project is delivered according to financial goals, including monthly follow-ups and forecasts
- Ensure that documentation is accurate and that quality meets contract requirements and project goals
- Build and maintain good customer relationships in ongoing projects
- Collaborate with project managers, site foremen, project engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors in your projects
You will be part of our Site Management area in Malmö, focusing on projects in Skåne and its surroundings.

**Who You Are**
To be successful in this role, we see that you are an experienced site manager with many years of industry experience in construction within complex and larger land projects. You are accustomed to driving projects, meeting clients, and reading contracts. You also have prior experience in personnel responsibility, as well as financial and forecasting responsibilities.
You enjoy challenges and excel at problem-solving, planning, order, and structure. We value developmental leadership where you, as a leader, bring out the best in your employees and contribute to building a strong and thriving team. We hope you have a value-driven leadership style and actively work to nurture a shared value foundation. Good communication skills in both written and spoken Swedish and a valid driver’s license (B-category) are also important qualifications.
The role requires knowledge and experience in VA, contract management, and AMA.
