Swedish Diving Group (STDG) is a marine construction company based in Mora. Our origins lie in the Siljan and Dalälven power plants. Today, we operate throughout Sweden and occasionally in the Nordic region. We carry out all types of work in and around water, such as excavation, suction, and environmental dredging. 📍 About the Role:
As a Site Manager at STDG, you play a key role in leading and coordinating our projects on-site – often in complex and marine environments. You are responsible for ensuring that production is carried out effectively, with a focus on safety, quality, environmental considerations, and economics. The role is central to ensuring that the project is executed according to plan and that all parties involved collaborate effectively.
🛠️ Your Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate production according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Ensure efficient use of resources (personnel, machinery, materials)
• Plan and follow up on work tasks on-site
• Be responsible for occupational health and safety at the workplace
• Ensure compliance with environmental requirements, permits, and protective measures
• Document daily: diary, deviation reports, self-inspections
• Manage invoices and approve working hours in the NEXT system
🎓 We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:
• Relevant education in construction, civil engineering, or technology
• Several years of experience in site management within production or contracting
• Good knowledge of the construction process, occupational health and safety legislation, and contract law
• Experience working with digital tools and project management systems
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• A valid driver's license (B category)
