Site Manager at Maserhallen AB – Leader Focused on Safety, Development, and Collaboration

Maserhallen AB operates one of Dalarna's most popular swimming and wellness facilities. Our vision is to be the natural meeting place for health, fitness, and joy in the municipality. We are now seeking a driven site manager who wants to lead and develop our operations forward.
The Role of Site Manager
As site manager, you have overall responsibility for daily operations, personnel, and finances. You will report directly to the CEO and be part of the company's management team. Your leadership is crucial in ensuring that we maintain the highest possible standards regarding safety, service, and work environment. A significant part of your work involves ensuring that Maserhallen functions as a natural and integrated part of the municipality's total offering.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop staff, focusing on clarity and participation.
• Responsible for ongoing operational planning, including staff scheduling.
• Overall responsibility for operational economics, budget follow-up, and result reporting.
• Ensure systematic and continuous safety work in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Actively develop and nurture collaboration with Borlänge municipality's operations to optimize facility usage and offerings.
• Build and maintain good relationships with local associations.
• Be the contact person for technical operational issues and initiate maintenance and optimization.

• Interest in technical issues related to facility and swimming pool management.
• Solid understanding of the importance of systematic safety work and ability to implement this in daily work.
Meritorious qualifications include:
• Experience from both management and operational work in swimming facilities.
• Ability to handle staff planning and budget/financial management.
• Understanding and experience in planning and implementing continuous staff training in current operational issues.
