As Site Manager, you will have a central role in implementing construction service projects. You will be responsible for quality, finances, planning, and personnel in the projects. The role is part of the production management team for the Malmö business area.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience as a site manager in the construction service industry. You should have an appropriate post-secondary education. We expect you to have comprehensive knowledge and experience in acquiring and retaining customers, as well as in production, planning, and team management. Knowledge of laws and contracts relevant to the industry is a given. Experience with Hogia economics and Byggsamordnaren is an advantage but not a requirement.
Furthermore, you are good at organizing and planning, customer-oriented, have strong leadership skills, and are adept at creating a positive work environment within the group. You are communicative and easy to collaborate with. We also value a high work ethic and the ability to work with freedom under responsibility.
