Job Responsibilities As a Site Manager, you will lead and develop the service department both operationally and strategically, including workshop and spare parts business. You will have full responsibility for operations, personnel, and budget for the Luleå facility, which encompasses eight employees. The region consists of seven facilities with approximately 100 employees total. A crucial part of your mission is to develop local customer businesses and create long-term relationships that contribute to profitability and high customer satisfaction. As part of this, you will closely collaborate with the machine sales department. In your daily work, you will ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You will drive improvement efforts, coach your team, and take clear responsibility for the business achieving its goals. You will track key metrics such as billing rate, invoicing, and customer satisfaction to ensure you are on the right track. The role involves close cooperation with the regional manager, to whom you will report. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop the service department operationally and strategically • Have full responsibility for operations, personnel, and budget for the Luleå facility • Develop local customer businesses and create long-term relationships for profitability and customer satisfaction • Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and with high quality • Drive improvement efforts and coach the team • Track key metrics like billing rate, invoicing, and customer satisfaction Required Qualifications: • Several years of leadership experience with personnel and performance responsibility, preferably from operational and production environments in automotive, agricultural, or construction industries • Experience with change and improvement work • Class B driver's license • Fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written We are seeking a confident and stable leader who builds trust through clear communication and daily presence.
