In this role, you will have a clear mandate to drive the business forward, develop working methods, and optimize processes. You will become a key person ensuring high quality, efficiency, and safety at every step of production.
About EBS: We have a customized machine park in Ängelholm and a self-sufficient team consisting of seven experienced employees, complemented by partners in all relevant areas. We are always at the forefront of new technologies and working methods within our industry. In our own workshop, we test and develop the future equipment for sawing, drilling, wire technology, and cutting.
About the role: As Site Manager at EBS, you will be responsible for the operational management with a particular focus on:
• Actively driving the business forward together with the rest of the group, focusing on long-term profitability and growth.
• Developing and implementing effective processes with high quality, clear reporting, and secure quality assurance.
• Being responsible for workforce management, team development, succession planning, and optimal resource planning.
• Ensuring that the business complies with applicable regulations, safety and environmental requirements, and internal guidelines.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.
• Having overall responsibility for the work environment.
You will play a central role in driving EBS forward, which is part of Studsvik's business area Decommissioning and Radiation Protection Services (DRPS). You will report directly to the business area manager and work closely with colleagues in Germany and the rest of the group. The role combines strategic responsibility with operational drive – perfect for you who want to make a difference in a technically demanding environment. You will be based in Ängelholm.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with previous leadership experience who enjoys personnel responsibility. You are structured and solution-oriented with the ability to prioritize. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have experience with projects, budget responsibility, and project management.
We consider it an advantage if you have experience in the nuclear industry, industrial drilling/sawing, or similar technically complex operations. Experience in process development and change management is also desirable.
