Site Manager Position - Katrineholm
Our current site manager is soon retiring, and we are now seeking his successor. We are looking for a confident and driven leader who wants to continue developing our operations, employees, and workplace in Katrineholm towards the future.
About the Role
As site manager, you have overall responsibility for daily operations, staff, and business results. You will lead, motivate, and support your employees to achieve common goals and ensure operations are characterized by quality, safety, and a good work environment. Your leadership responsibilities include managing workshop and customer-facing staff, permanently overseeing 3 employees but up to 10 during peak season. You will ensure customers receive the best possible service. The role involves maintaining and developing collaborations with existing key customers and identifying new local business and private customers. You will report to the Regional Manager East.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Lead, distribute, and develop personnel in daily work
• Plan and coordinate operations for seasonal peaks
• Manage on-site daily operations with orderly workshop management
• Responsible for financial management, budgeting, purchasing, and results tracking
• Ensure routines, quality, and safety are maintained
• Responsible for workplace safety in the workshop
• Represent the business to customers, suppliers, and partners
We Are Seeking Someone Who:
• Has documented leadership experience, preferably in tire/motor industry
• Is a communicative and engaged leader with strong ability to create employee engagement
• Understands financial management and goal-oriented work
• Enjoys combining practical and administrative tasks
• Has previous experience in motor industry or similar field, with knowledge of tires in LV/EM; C-license is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
