We are now seeking you who will be responsible for a local building materials store, lead a team, and develop the future of Byggmax! Are you our next Store Manager? As Store Manager, you are responsible for the store's operations, staff, and results. You will work actively with your colleagues to create an amazing workplace and a positive customer experience. You have a good ability to collaborate and build relationships with both customers and employees. As Store Manager, you'll have a varied day-to-day, with key responsibilities including: Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire employees, and communicate professionally with customers and suppliers. Presence: Be part of the team, work operationally in the store with your colleagues, and lead by example. Responsibility: Plan and manage challenges both short and long-term, and develop both the store and employees. Business Acumen: Have knowledge of sales reporting, follow-up, and budgeting to ensure profitability. We are seeking someone with previous leadership experience, who feels comfortable leading others and developing local store operations. Experience in a leading retail position and/or experience in sales, operations, and result responsibility is meritorious. To be considered, you need good knowledge of Swedish and English, and a driver's license (B-license). WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for someone who is social and relationship-oriented. You value close collaboration with both customers and employees. We also seek someone with a sales-driven approach who is motivated to develop the store. It's important that you enjoy a varied workday with lots happening. You like organizing and creating routines that work best locally. ABOUT THE POSITION AND PROCESS This is a permanent position with an initial six-month probationary period. Working hours include evenings and weekends. We value diversity and welcome all applicants!
