Site Manager at Aros Industripartner – a key role in an exciting growth journey
Now is your chance to take a leading role in a growing manufacturing company where innovation, commitment, and quality are at the forefront. As Site Manager at Aros Industripartner, you will have the opportunity to drive the business forward, influence its direction, and contribute to ongoing development – all while becoming part of an open and unpretentious culture.
Aros Industripartner is part of the Amplex Group, a company focused on industrial development and growth. We develop and manufacture products for the Nordic railway industry, delivering components in our four core areas: aluminum, rubber, plastic, and polyurethane.
In the role of Site Manager, you will have operational responsibility for the entire operation in Västerås, which includes 16 employees in production, purchasing, quality, design, and order management. You will be a key person in the company’s management team alongside the CEO and the financial manager. Your mission is to ensure an efficient and well-functioning daily operation while developing work methods, processes, and people. You will have personnel responsibility and be a clear, present leader in production. In a smaller company, it is natural to also take on operational tasks, such as in purchasing or production planning.
A significant part of the role is to drive improvement work in production – from planning and flow to inventory management and process development. You will also play a central role in implementing new business and projects within the organization, ensuring that growth occurs in a structured and sustainable manner.
To succeed in the role of Site Manager, we are looking for someone with documented leadership experience who enjoys a role that combines strategy with practical work. You have a technical background, preferably as an engineer or with equivalent experience, and have worked in a workshop environment or a similar manufacturing industry.
To thrive with us, you need to be clear, confident, and communicative – a leader who sets expectations but also fosters trust and joy at work. You lead with clarity but without prestige, and you engage people by being present, committed, and straightforward.
Desirable qualifications:
- Experience with Monitor ERP.
- Experience from manufacturing, industry, or the railway industry.
A B driver's license is required for the position, and you must be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Location: Västerås
