We are now seeking an engaged and driven Workshop Manager for Allbilservice Värnamo, a centrally located workshop affiliated with Autoexperten, where quality, customer focus, and development are at the core.
About the Role
As workshop manager, you will have a central and significant role in leading, developing, and creating structure in daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the workshop delivers high-quality service, good profitability, and a safe working environment. Together with your team of six employees, you will work both operationally and strategically to strengthen the business and continue building the excellent reputation we have with our customers.
This is a role for someone who appreciates being present in the business, enjoys being close to employees, and has a natural commitment to both leadership and customer relations. You will drive improvement work, create routines that work in everyday situations, and set the direction for the workshop's continued development.
Primary Responsibilities
• Drive and develop the workshop's daily operations
• Lead, coach, and follow up on team performance
• Responsible for workshop results, budget, and key performance indicators
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional interactions
• Identify improvement areas and implement effective work methods
• Ensure a safe and well-functioning work environment
• Serve as a central contact for both customers and internal functions
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has
• Documented experience in personnel management and leadership
• Good understanding of budgeting, finance, and goal-oriented management
• Experience in customer service and professional interaction
• Genuine interest in developing both people and the business
• Ability to create a positive team spirit and drive the team forward
Additional merit if you have previous experience as a Workshop Manager or in the automotive industry.
