The Role of Site Manager We are now looking for an experienced, engaged, and driven Site Manager who wants to lead larger land and infrastructure projects together with our dedicated team in Greater Stockholm. As a Site Manager in our projects, you will have a central role and significant responsibility, while being supported by an experienced and strong organization. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of building good relationships both externally and internally, has the ability to drive profitable business, and can lead the team towards common goals. Here’s what your daily life will look like in your role as Site Manager: • Lead and plan the project from start to finish • Be responsible for safety, working environment, and environmental aspects in the projects • Have overall responsibility for production planning and production control, as well as ensuring the main timeline • Deliver results according to the financial goals set for the project, including monthly follow-ups and forecasts • Ensure that the project is delivered with the right quality by performing work in accordance with contract documents and the company's guidelines and requirements • Build and maintain good customer relationships in ongoing projects • Build and contribute to a well-functioning team that develops and thrives together The team around you consists of a work manager, project manager, site supervisors, project engineers, survey technicians, your own skilled employees, and subcontractors. In this role, you will have personnel responsibility for your own skilled employees and, in some cases, also for other team members. Who are you? To be successful in a role as Site Manager with us, we prefer that you have: • Many years of industry experience in construction within complex and larger projects • Held a position as Site Manager for construction projects for at least 5 years • Managed construction projects larger than 50 million SEK • A solid understanding of AMA, MER, AB04, BAS-U • Experience in driving construction projects, meeting clients, and reading contracts • Experience with financial and forecasting responsibilities To be even more successful in your role, you need to enjoy challenges and excel in problem-solving, planning, order, and structure.
