Job Responsibilities As Store Manager at YP Yrkesbutiker, you have an independent and responsible mission: to drive the store's operations in line with YP's goals, guidelines, and values. You are both strategic and operational - you lead and motivate your team, develop processes, and are active in sales by building long-term customer relationships. The role involves responsibility for operations, budget, and personnel. You will: • Drive sales with existing customers and actively work on new customer acquisition • Ensure sales targets, plan and implement strategies, and analyze sales data • Be responsible for budget, monthly follow-up, and reporting • Lead and develop the team, recruit, and create engagement • Maintain high standards in-store and create a sustainable work environment Your Background We are looking for someone who is: • A confident leader who inspires and engages • Communicative and relationship-oriented - you build strong networks and enjoy customer contact • Structured and responsible - you have the ability to prioritize and drive results • Business-oriented and analytical - you see opportunities and act to achieve high-set goals We prefer that you have: • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience • At least three years of leadership experience with personnel and budget responsibility, preferably in retail, logistics, or B2B sales • Experience in sales and customer management • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written If you have worked in a similar role and have industry experience and/or knowledge of workwear and promotional items, this is a plus.
