About the position
As a site manager, you ensure that our projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality. You lead the project from start to finish, manage on-site work, monitor timelines, coordinate resources, and maintain the project organization. You are responsible for ensuring that the project is carried out according to quality requirements and workplace regulations.
You act as the hub between the client, the internal project team, and our subcontractors to ensure that everything runs according to plan – technically, organizationally, and financially. The projects vary in scope and nature, making the role both diverse and developmental. You work alongside engaged, competent colleagues and build project teams as needed. This is a role for you who thrives on responsibility, pace, and being the one who makes everything work in the project.
Your responsibilities
As a site manager, you have overall responsibility for the progress of the project. Your tasks include:
• Planning, driving, and following up on timelines
• Leading production and work on the construction site
• Conducting risk analyses
• Managing changes and additional work
• Resource allocation and scheduling
• Ongoing financial follow-ups
• Establishing control plans
• Participating in construction and coordination meetings
• Documentation and quality controls
• Developing our working methods and processes.
Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced leader who enjoys responsibility and complex projects. You have solid experience in construction production and are confident in the role of site manager. You are comfortable managing projects in various phases and can easily create structure even when many things are happening simultaneously.

You also have:
• Extensive experience in construction, preferably with experience in steel, metalworking, or glass
• At least two years of work experience as a site manager or project manager
• A valid driver's license (B)
• BAS P/BAS U certification
• A college/university degree in construction or equivalent professional experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish and/or English
Location
You will be based at our workshop at Tornväktargränd 8 in Bromma but will spend a significant portion of your time on the construction sites of the projects.
