Site Manager at SATS

We are seeking a Site Manager for SATS Kista starting in January 2026!
We are looking for this type of leader:
• Lead by Example: You have overall responsibility for the gym's daily operations and create an energetic, welcoming, and inspiring atmosphere for both members and staff.
• Drive Results: You take full economic responsibility for the gym, working strategically to achieve sales targets, increase revenues, and manage costs effectively.
• Build an Exceptional Team: You recruit, train, and develop an engaged team that delivers top-class service and an extraordinary member experience.
• Create a Culture of Excellence: Through present leadership, you ensure that everything – from customer service to cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance – meets the highest standard.
• Prioritize Work Environment and Well-being: You take responsibility for the work environment at your gym and ensure it is safe, positive, and motivating for both staff and members.
• Work Dynamically: Our gyms are open from early morning to late evening and on weekends, which means your work schedule will vary to ensure presence during key hours.
Key Qualifications:
• Enjoys inspiring and motivating others.
• Has experience in sales and leadership, with a strong results-driven focus.
• Is confident, structured, and can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicates clearly and confidently in both Swedish and English.
• Shares our values: Members First, Accountable, Professional, and Extraordinary.
Previous experience with SATS or chain operations is meritorious for the role!

In your daily work at SATS, you will work with scheduling, introducing new team members, and following up on performance goals. You will collaborate closely with regional managers and central teams, and work closely with your Assistant Site Manager, other Site Managers, and colleagues to ensure your gym's success.
