Moreover, it should be enjoyable to work with us! **Responsibilities:** As the Site Manager, you have the ultimate responsibility to lead, manage, and develop the facility in terms of car sales, workshop, and spare parts. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that the operations develop in line with the company's business idea, goals, and visions. Your tasks include leading, developing, and motivating employees, as well as nurturing a productive collaboration with general agents and other Porsche dealers within the company. Furthermore, as Site Manager, you have leadership responsibility over the entire operation, as well as operational and financial responsibility. This includes ensuring compliance with labor laws, safety, and working environment regulations, as well as achieving quality and environmental goals.
