Responsibilities:
As the Site Manager, you will have the ultimate responsibility for leading, managing, and developing the facility in terms of car sales, workshop, and spare parts. In this role, you will ensure that the operations develop in line with the company's business idea, goals, and visions. Your tasks will include leading, developing, and motivating employees, as well as nurturing a productive collaboration with general agents and other Porsche dealers within the company.
Furthermore, as Site Manager, you will have leadership responsibility over the entire operation, as well as operational and financial responsibility. This includes ensuring compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and achieving quality and environmental goals. The role also involves resource planning, recruitment, and ensuring that the right competencies are present at the facility.
Key competencies/abilities:
• Several years of experience in the automotive industry, sales, and aftersales/workshop.
• Documented leadership experience.
• Post-secondary education in sales is an advantage.
• B driver's license.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to motivate your employees and create a pleasant workplace.
• A strong interest in driving the business forward and increasing sales and profitability.
• Ability to drive the business towards set goals.
• You are motivated by challenges, have drive, and possess good organizational skills.
