About the Role
You will have overall responsibility for the project's execution from start to completion, including planning, resource management, and compliance with laws and regulations. You will ensure that production is carried out according to the schedule, budget, and quality requirements, while also creating a safe and efficient workplace where people thrive and develop. You will lead and coordinate efforts concerning sustainability, quality, environment, and working conditions in accordance with the company's goals, policies, and applicable legislation. You hold comprehensive responsibility for creating safe, efficient, and well-functioning projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and leading the production with a focus on quality, environment, and working environment (KMA).
• Ensuring that the project adheres to schedule, budget, and contracts.
• Leading and engaging staff, while following up on work preparations, safety rounds, and risk analyses.
• Systematically working with sustainability, quality, environment, and working environment based on the company’s goals and policies as well as current legislation and regulations.
• Collaborating with the contracting engineer to manage the project's finances and ensure that established goals and conditions are met.
• Actively working to achieve TL Bygg's goals and visions, breaking down overarching goals and setting project-specific targets, as well as regularly following up on these goals.
• Keeping up to date with industry developments in areas such as production technology, material development, sustainability, moisture safety, etc.
• Developing long-term customer relationships and contributing to a high Customer Satisfaction Index (NKI).
You will report to the project manager and be a key person in the project's progress and TL Bygg's development.
About You

We are seeking someone who has:
• Several years of experience as a site manager in construction.
• Managed at least two residential projects exceeding 250 million SEK.
• Excellent knowledge of construction technology, contract law, and finance.
• Experience with BAS-U and working with KMA systems (preferably BF9K).
• An interest in sustainability and timber construction.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in the Office suite.
• Good ability to express oneself in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (B).
Experience with environmentally certified construction projects (e.g., Miljöbyggnad and Svanen) is an advantage.
