Your job with us
As the Site Manager at Ryds Bilglas, your primary responsibility is to lead your team in delivering excellent service to our customers. You will be in charge of the daily operations in the workshop, which includes planning, directing, and distributing tasks, and you will work both administratively at the customer reception and practically in the workshop. A crucial part of your role is to ensure that the workshop's sales adhere to the set budget, and that upselling is prioritized and follows the plan.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7-4, 8-5
We are looking for someone who is an auto glass technician or has experience in a similar role and in leading teams. You are driven, service-oriented, and confident in leading, inspiring, and developing your team to exceed our customers' expectations. Additionally, you have administrative experience from previous work. Knowledge of the Cabas system is a plus.
We place great importance on your personal qualities and hope that you have a strong commitment to what you do, as well as curiosity and a desire to learn new things. You are a team player and ensure that you help each other to make the work function as well as possible. You are structured and meticulous and are motivated by working in a fast-paced environment with sometimes rapid changes. You are relationship-oriented and have good communication skills, which makes it easy for you both in your role as team leader and when interacting with our customers.
Requirements
- B driving license (manual transmission)
- Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
- At least two (2) years of experience working as an auto glass technician or similar roles such as car mechanic, car painter, or bodyworker
Preferred
- Experience in a previous service profession
- Completed training related to automotive
- Experience in a leadership role
- Knowledge of the Cabas system
