Site Manager / Work Supervisor - Land & Construction (Dalarna)

Are you a site manager or experienced work supervisor looking to take the next step as a site manager in a growing land and construction company? We are now seeking a confident and proactive leader who wants to drive projects from start to finish – with freedom under responsibility and the opportunity to influence both work methods and results.
About the Position
As Site Manager/Work Supervisor, you have overall responsibility for planning, leading, and following up on land and construction projects in Central Sweden. Projects vary in scope but typically range up to approximately 10 million SEK.
You will lead a team of around 10 skilled workers and simultaneously manage several projects in parallel – often three at a time. Work involves close customer interaction, where you professionally represent the company and contribute to long-term relationships with municipalities and larger corporations.
The position requires travel, with work time Monday–Thursday and overnight stays on-site. Accommodation is arranged by the employer. Fridays are normally work-free or used for remote follow-up.
Responsibilities
• Lead and drive land and construction projects from start to completion
• Manage budget, timeline, and production
• Ensure quality, work environment, and safety
• Be a present leader for a team of skilled workers
• Maintain and develop good customer relationships
• Plan resources and monitor project economics
Qualifications
• Documented experience leading projects in land and construction
• Previous responsibility for projects up to 10 million SEK
• Good knowledge of AB 04/ABT 06
• BAS U/BAS P certification is meritorious
• Experienced in taking responsibility, making decisions, and driving work forward
• Precise, structured, with good business acumen
• Confident leader with integrity and ability to create team engagement
Additional Information
• Location: Preferably within 100-150 km from Smedjebacken (e.g., Borlänge, Falun, Västerås and surrounding areas)
• Start Date: Immediately or by agreement
• Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
• Work Hours: Monday–Thursday, with travel and overnight stays
