What does the role entail? As Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for property management at S:t Göran's Hospital. This includes responsibility for budget, results, quality, customer dialogue, and contract interpretation. You will work closely with operations managers, property engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure that you meet your goals in customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and sustainable finances. Your task is to develop, plan, and lead the operations towards set goals in a customer-focused and business-oriented manner. The role encompasses overall responsibility for personnel, delivery, customer relations, and finances in a dynamic work environment. You will lead a team of approximately 18 employees, including two team leaders without personnel or budget responsibility. The role also involves developing customer relationships and driving improvement initiatives within your region. Examples of responsibilities and tasks: - Personnel responsibility and employee development. - Lead, coordinate, and develop the operational service delivery to ensure a professional and satisfactory delivery to the customer. - Establish and develop a trustworthy and business-oriented dialogue with the customer, along with ongoing follow-up within the framework of the delivery. - Improvement and development work, both internally and with customers. - Coordination, management, and collaboration with other groups within Coor as well as with subcontractors. - Establish goals and continuously follow up on these. - Financial and accounting work. What are we looking for in you? You are a confident and business-minded leader with strong collaboration skills and a communicative leadership style. We expect you to have: - Education and/or experience in property management or other equivalent and relevant education deemed suitable for the role. - At least 10 years of experience in property technology. - At least two years of leadership experience with personnel responsibility. - Ability to speak and write Swedish and English fluently. - A valid driver's license (B). - Good computer skills. Meritorious: - Experience working with property technology in hospitals. - Competence in Contract Law, such as AFF/ABFF. - Experience in energy management. - Sales experience with customer engagement. - Experience with Facilitate/Pocketlord. - Experience with Rillion (Palette). - Experience with IBM Maximo. - Experience working in Microsoft Office 365. About the position: - Employment type: Permanent position, your title at Coor is Operations Manager. - Employment rate: 100%. - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. - Start date: As soon as possible. - Probationary period: 6 months. The role is classified in a security class, and a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted before employment.
