Branch Manager - Falun Branch
Bevego is one of Sweden's leading wholesalers in construction sheet metal, ventilation, and technical insulation. We are now seeking a sales-oriented Branch Manager for our Falun branch.
As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the branch's personnel and overall operations, working closely with sales and meeting customers in the field. You will lead an engaged team with the opportunity to influence, develop, and create results. Start date is by agreement.
Your Responsibilities:
• Lead and distribute work at the branch
• Manage and coach personnel
• Drive sales across all business areas
• Actively engage in market sales and customer interactions
• Develop business areas
• Maintain customer relationships
• Ensure a positive physical and psychological work environment
• Implement Bevego's guidelines and policies
Your Profile:
You have previous experience with similar tasks and personnel management. Experience in the industry with knowledge of sheet metal/ventilation/insulation is a significant advantage.
You thrive in human interactions, are service-oriented, and seek solutions where others see challenges. You are ambitious, engaged, and enjoy challenges. You are business and development-focused, wanting to engage in regional success and actively contribute to positive work and relationship development.
Being self-driven, flexible, and results-oriented are key personal qualities for this position. A driver's license is required.
