Site Manager - Contracting

You will enter an organization with short decision-making paths, where you will be close to both management and production – and where strong engagement and efficiency permeate the working methods. **About the Role** As Site Manager for Contracting, you will lead contracting projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for finances, quality, work environment, and delivery – always in accordance with project agreements, guidelines, and the company's Project Handbook. The role also includes personnel responsibility for employees in assigned projects. You will work closely with project managers, foremen, and skilled workers, and play a key role in creating good structure, a safe work environment, and profitable project execution. **Your Main Responsibilities** - Lead contracting projects according to applicable policies, routines, and the Project Handbook - Budget and financial responsibility for assigned projects - Procurement of materials and subcontractors, as well as delivery and scheduling - Management of deviations, additional work, and financial follow-ups - Responsible for work environment, risk analyses, work preparations, and safety rounds - Introduction and skills development of project personnel - Ensure compliance with environmental requirements, waste routines, and documentation - Act as BAS-U in projects where requested by the client - Daily management of production and development discussions with skilled workers **Overall Leadership** As a manager in the organization, you are expected to: - Lead, make decisions, and represent the business within your area of responsibility - Communicate the company's vision, values, and goals - Work proactively with development, risks, and areas for improvement - Conduct development, follow-up, and salary discussions - Ensure compliance with routines, policies, and management systems - Contribute to a positive culture, good communication, and collaboration in projects **Who Are We Looking For?** We are looking for someone who is confident in the role of site manager and wants to continue developing in a company where you will have significant authority, trust, and close contact with both management and production. You have: - Post-secondary education in production management or equivalent experience - Experience in project management within contracting, including financial and personnel responsibility - Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 - Experience with project management systems - BAS-P/BAS-U, Hot Work certification, and knowledge of contracting law - Proficient Swedish in both spoken and written form As a person, you are structured, communicative, and engaged.
