Your background:
Several years of experience in a similar position within the industry. Experience in managing large projects is an advantage.
About the role:
To be successful in this role, you need to have knowledge of construction work, planning, production calculations, contract law, and extensive experience in financial follow-up.
To thrive in this position, you should be a leader who can motivate and develop your team. We also value strong communication skills to build good relationships with both clients and employees. A key part of the role is to communicate effectively in both spoken and written Swedish and English, as our documentation is central to our projects.
As a Site Manager, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish. Projects begin with a kickoff meeting where the Site Manager creates a production plan including costs, resource allocation, and timelines. The project concludes with handover to the client. During the execution phase, the Site Manager is responsible for managing costs, changes, providing ongoing reports, and maintaining close dialogue with the client. A successful project is characterized by good profitability and a satisfied client.
The Site Manager leads their project organization with clear and active leadership to drive the project within the established frameworks. We value leadership that fosters a pleasant and safe working environment for our employees.
The role also includes managing Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety within the project, as well as ensuring compliance with the company's operational systems according to ISO standards and relevant laws and regulations.
