Construction Site Manager

Who are you? To thrive in the role of Site Manager, you need to have several years of experience working with residential projects where you have held the position of Site Manager. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for daily planning, production, financial follow-up, as well as customer and employee interactions. This means you have significant influence over how you manage your project, making it essential that you are highly responsible. You are expected to have a professional and pleasant demeanor towards others. Your character is marked by excellent leadership qualities, where you engage and encourage others in their work. You also work systematically while being flexible in your approach and able to adapt to changes in the work as situations arise.
