Site Manager for Concrete Projects

Bustos Konsulttjänster AB now has the perfect opportunity for you as a Construction Site Manager in concrete to take the next step in your career! Who are you? To thrive in the role of site manager at one of our customers, you need several years of experience working on ground, infrastructure, or construction projects with a focus on concrete work. As a site manager, you will be responsible for daily planning, production, financial follow-up, as well as customer and employee contacts. You will play a key role in driving the project forward with excellent results. You work systematically and goal-oriented, while being flexible to changes. Furthermore, you enjoy problem-solving and see opportunities for development in each unique project. You can live in different locations in Central Sweden, i.e., Stockholm, Gothenburg, Örebro, Västerås, Karlstad, or similar. Travel may occur depending on project locations, but solutions for accommodation and per diems are available. We are looking for someone who: • Has experience as a site manager with responsibility for concrete work in at least 1 project • Background in ground and infrastructure construction • Holds concrete class 1 & 2 certification • Communicates clearly and well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing • Holds a Class B driver's license Employment Type: Permanent position Start: According to agreement, considering potential notice period We offer: A secure position with an engaged consultant manager, development discussions, and wellness contributions, etc. We also invest heavily in our staff and organize joint activities such as breakfasts, Christmas dinners, and conferences.
