Division Construction is Seeking Experienced Site Managers for Road, Railway, and Ground Construction Projects in Dalarna and Neighboring Counties. Come and Share the Road with Us! The Site Manager Role As a site manager in our projects, you will have a central role with significant responsibility. You will plan the project and lead production from start to finish. Your Responsibilities as Site Manager: • Production calculation/budget • Production planning • Safety, work environment, and environmental management • Delivering results according to project's economic goals, including monthly follow-up and forecasting • Documentation and ensuring quality in line with contract and project objectives • Maintaining good customer relations in ongoing projects The Team Typically Consists of Operations Manager, Project Manager, Foreman, Project Engineer, Surveyor, Our Own Skilled Workers, and Subcontractors. Who Are You? To be successful in a site manager role with us, we require: • Multiple years of industry experience in construction • Driven projects larger than 50 million SEK in a leadership position • Experience with AMA AF, AB04, ABT06, AMA, MER • BAS-U certification • Strong Swedish communication skills, both written and verbal • Class B driver's license Additional Merits Include: • Concrete work experience • Previous experience with "MAP Cost Management" or similar systems To be even more successful, you should excel at problem-solving, planning, organization, and structure.
