We are now seeking a Site Manager for our facilities in Småland, where you will be based in Kalmar and become part of a team including process technicians, pump operators, drivers, and workshop staff who together produce and deliver concrete to our customers in Kalmar, Växjö, and Oskarshamn and surrounding areas. You will also be involved in developing a new facility in Kalmar. About the Position You will work closely with the operations to drive them forward and optimize production and our resources. You will provide unpretentious leadership by engaging and including others, creating shared understanding, and contributing to team collaboration towards our common goals. You will receive support and introduction to succeed in the role. In Småland, you will become part of a helpful team where cooperation and safety are the focus. We have a good atmosphere and support each other daily. You will report to Christopher Andersson, who has a coaching leadership style and values open communication and personal development. Your Primary Responsibilities Include: • Leading, planning, and steering daily production. • Following up results and contributing to achieving business goals. • Responsibility for resource planning, productivity, and cost optimization. • Operational personnel management, including participation in recruitment and salary setting, etc. • Workplace safety and environmental responsibility according to established regulations. • Developing good and long-term customer relationships. • Planning repair and maintenance needs. • Serving as a sounding board and contact person for both external and internal customers and suppliers. We believe you have a college or high school education with a relevant focus. We prefer candidates with previous experience in a management position and background in one or more of the following areas: financial result responsibility, project or process management, knowledge of concrete, distribution, or other relevant experience. A B driver's license is required. The position is full-time with start date by arrangement.
