Site Manager - Construction

Who are you? To thrive in the role of Site Manager, you need to have several years of experience working on construction projects where you have held the position of Site Manager. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for daily planning, production, financial follow-up, as well as customer and employee interactions. This means you have significant influence over how you manage your project, making it essential that you are highly responsible. You are expected to have a professional and pleasant demeanor towards others. Your character is marked by excellent leadership qualities, where you engage and encourage others in their work. You also work systematically while being flexible in your approach and can adapt to changes in the work when such situations arise. We are looking for someone who: • Has at least five years of documented experience in a similar position. • Relevant education or equivalent work experience. • Strong knowledge in forecasting and contract law. • Communicates clearly and well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. • Holds a valid driver's license (Category B). Additionally, it is advantageous if you: • Have prior experience working as a consultant.
