We are now looking for a Site Manager based in Helsingborg. **About the Role** As a Site Manager with us, you will lead local construction projects from start to finish, alongside foremen and skilled workers. You will have a role with many points of contact, varied challenges, and great opportunities for personal development. You will have overall responsibility for the execution of the project, including: - Personnel responsibility and workplace safety responsibility for your team. - Financial responsibility for the project as well as contact with clients and suppliers. - Ensuring that we deliver high quality and service to our clients. The work is varied and offers freedom with responsibility. You will be a key person in creating safe and pleasant workplaces. **Qualifications** We are looking for someone who has: - Relevant university or vocational education in construction, or equivalent work experience from construction projects. - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. - Several years of experience in the construction industry, preferably 5-10 years, and has worked in production-related roles. You are familiar with contracting activities in parks and playground environments, water and sewage projects, as well as earth or road construction in public spaces. - Good computer skills and administrative abilities. - Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. - A valid driver's license (B). **Personal Attributes** You are a confident leader who engages and motivates your team. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and unpretentious, with the ability to build trust with clients and employees.
