As a Site Manager with us, you will be a key person in the organization, responsible for driving projects from start to finish with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. About the position
In the role of Site Manager, you will have a broad responsibility that encompasses work environment, environment, production, finance, and personnel. You will be based at our office in Kalmar and work on both small and large projects in Blekinge and southern Småland – for both companies and private individuals. To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong business commitment, a structured approach to work, and good administrative skills. Your drive to achieve set goals is crucial.
Your responsibilities include:
• Leading and distributing work as well as having personnel responsibility for the team.
• Ensuring production on-site and being responsible for the quality of the final product.
• Financial responsibility for projects – including budgeting, follow-up, and forecasting.
• Complying with laws, regulations, and Peab's guidelines, decisions, and policies.
• Driving environmental and work environment efforts according to set goals and creating a safe working environment.
• Leading project-related meetings and participating in construction meetings.
• Developing long-term relationships with customers, subcontractors, and clients.
About you
We are looking for someone with a technical college education or equivalent experience, with at least five years of experience as a Site Manager in construction production. You have good knowledge of production planning, finance, work environment, and contract law, as well as preferably leadership training and relevant certifications. Your leadership style is communicative and inclusive, and you have the ability to motivate and engage your team. You are business-minded, results-oriented, and have a good understanding of finances.
Experience as a Site Manager within Building Services is an advantage.
You speak and write Swedish fluently and hold a B driver's license.
