**About the Role**
As a Site Manager, you have the overall responsibility for leading and developing your team as well as driving projects with a focus on profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction. You are responsible for ensuring that operations are conducted according to the company's management system, laws, and regulations.
You will lead projects from start to finish, including planning, resource allocation, financial monitoring, and customer communication. The role also includes a clear responsibility for workplace environment, safety, and environmental work in the projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead project initiation according to established processes
- Review contracts and calculations, and transform these into production and resource plans
- Manage timelines, purchasing, and invoicing
- Drive production in your own projects and ensure resource availability
- Lead workplace environment, safety, and environmental efforts
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients
- Prepare final forecasts and follow up on invoicing and purchases
- Participate in final inspections and feedback sessions
- Contribute to sales efforts and customer relationships
- Conduct employee performance reviews and follow up on staff development
**We are looking for someone who has:**
- At least 3 years of experience as a site manager in civil engineering and construction
- Strong knowledge of contract law, production planning, and financial monitoring
- Experience in leading personnel and creating a safe, secure work environment
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and employees
- Familiarity with digital tools and IT systems
- Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written
- A valid driver's license (B category)
