We are now looking for a Club Manager for our club in Vänersborg. This is a perfect opportunity for you who are ready to take your first step into leadership – or perhaps you have already tried and want to grow further in a fast-paced and positive environment.
About the Role
As Club Manager, you are the leader and role model of the club. You are responsible for creating a club environment where both members and employees thrive. You work closely with the reception team, coach in service and sales, and ensure that the club maintains the highest standards.
The responsibility rests on you, but not exclusively. You work together with your district manager, division manager, and other club managers. Additionally, you have the support of shared systems and assistance to excel in HR, sales, finance, marketing, and IT.
You will spend most of your time at the reception during club opening hours, which also means you will need to be on-site at least two evenings per week and at least one weekend per month.

• Lead and support your team in daily operations
• Staff and schedule
• Work practically in the reception – service, sales, and member contact
• Monitor budget, administration, and club performance
• Create local events and inspire joy in training
• Help shape the club's culture and atmosphere
We are looking for you who:
We are looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility who can drive member development and enhance the club's training experience. You are flexible, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and find changes in your work exciting. Sales and service are tasks you thrive in and are accustomed to, and you enjoy motivating and leading your team in daily operations.
The position of Club Manager will test your ability to work independently, and as a person, you are solution-oriented, positive, and professional in all interactions with members, employees, and colleagues.
We expect you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language and be able to use it both in speech and writing.
