Location Manager for Upzone Adventure Parks Location: Skövde Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time - Seasonal employment from March to October Start Date: March 1, 2026 Application Deadline: Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled About Upzone Adventure Parks: Upzone is one of Sweden's largest adventure companies with several parks across the country. At Upzone, we help people grow – both as individuals and as a group. Through our fun and challenging activities among the treetops, we strengthen courage, teamwork, trust, and joy – towards each other, the team, and oneself. We offer experiences and events for individuals, schools, and companies – both in the treetops and on the ground. Our goal is to create memorable adventures where safety, joy, and customer satisfaction are always in focus. We are now looking for an engaged and driven Location Manager who wants to lead our team and continue creating experiences that help people grow! About the Role: As the Location Manager at Upzone, you will have a varied and eventful job where you both lead the team and participate in the park's daily operations. You will drive the development of the park and ensure that every guest has a safe and memorable experience. The role involves a strong focus on customer contact, service, and sales, while also being responsible for staff planning, scheduling, and bookings. Part of the work can be done from a home office, but primarily, you will be out in the park – where the adventure happens. Your main responsibilities include: • Leading and motivating the team in daily operations in the park • Working as an adventure guide in the high ropes course alongside your team • Conducting games and activities and training staff in these • Managing and coordinating bookings for your park • Planning and scheduling staff • Participating in purchasing and materials for the park • Engaging in marketing, event planning, and signage • Selling and delivering service to our guests – via email, phone, and on-site in the park • Contributing to the development and improvement of the park We are looking for someone who: • Has experience leading teams, preferably in the service, event, or experience industry – not a requirement but an advantage. • Is flexible and easily adapts when planning changes • Is communicative, responsible, and solution-oriented • Has a genuine interest in outdoor activities and adventure • Holds a driver's license, as travel between parks may occur • Can work weekdays, evenings, every other weekend, and public holidays Training in high ropes courses is not a requirement – but is considered an advantage. We train all our employees according to IAPA standards before each season. Working Hours: Work takes place on both weekdays and every other weekend, with shifts during mornings and afternoons. Flexibility is important as the schedule may vary depending on booking levels and customer needs. You need to be available throughout the entire season (March–October), as we plan staffing long-term. Our peak season occurs during the summer months, which means that time off during this period can only be granted in exceptional cases. Part of the work is also performed from a home office. We offer: • An exciting workplace with nature as your office • Opportunities to develop and grow within the company • Internal training in everything you need for the role of Location Manager • A dedicated team that supports and helps each other where needed • A varied and fun job where no day is the same Application: Please submit your application with a CV and cover letter. We look forward to hearing from you!
