About Us At Heat, our love for great food and service is our greatest passion! We offer our guests well-prepared food and a warm, personal approach. About the Position Being a Site Responsible Restaurant Employee with us means variety and occasionally a high-paced environment. At our client's location, you will be responsible for a café that serves both café items and hot lunches. You will be our face outwards and the client's primary on-site contact. The job also includes receiving potential catering orders, planning, and delivering them. The position is 75% employment.
As the position is located in a security-classified area, you will undergo a security screening with a background check.
About You We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of service experience in fast food, restaurant, or café settings. Preferably with team leadership experience, though this is not a requirement - we primarily value your personality and willingness to succeed in this role. As a person, you are engaged, social, solution-oriented, and responsible. You are also good at planning and structuring your workday and tasks. You will receive training in our concept and routines when you start your position with us. Having a B driver's license is considered an advantage.
