Krafft Måleri AB is seeking a driven and experienced painter who is ready to take on the role of Site Manager for our branch in the Skaraborg area. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the painting profession, wants to take on greater responsibility, and develop in a leadership role – while helping to build our presence in the region.
About the Position
As Site Manager, you will be Krafft Måleri AB's extended arm in the Skövde area. You will play a crucial role in daily planning and follow-up of ongoing projects. The position combines practical painting work with operational responsibility – perfect for those who want to move towards leadership without completely letting go of the tools.
You will, among other things:
- Plan and lead daily work on-site
- Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, budget, and quality
- Serve as the contact person for customers during ongoing work
- Support and coordinate the team of painters in the area
- Contribute to developing our branch operations in Skaraborg
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has several years of experience in the painting profession
- Is self-driven and has a good ability to take responsibility
- Has an interest in leading and developing both projects and people
- Enjoys working closely with both customers and colleagues
- Holds a B driver's license
Previous experience as a supervisor, site manager, or similar is meritorious – but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are confident in your craft and have the desire to take the next step.
