As the Location Manager at Hälsoprofilen, you will work closely with our members and handle administrative tasks related to the business. We are now seeking a person for Hälsoprofilen in Höör and Hörby who wants to work with people and provide our members with the best possible customer service while ensuring they remain actively engaged in training.
Responsibilities as Location Manager:
• Reception work during staffed hours
• Introduce new members to our training concepts and conduct training sessions
• Manage daily facility operations, primarily consisting of reception work
• Ensure members are active in their training and help them get back on track if they lose their routine
• Upselling of our products and services
• Social media management
To succeed as a location manager, you have:
• Experience in customer service
• A genuine interest in fitness and health
• Discipline and ability to plan your time
• Good structure in daily work and can handle emerging tasks on short notice
• Previous experience with administrative tasks
• Education/experience as a personal trainer and/or group training, and previous gym reception work is meritorious but not required
• Characteristics such as positive, outgoing, and social
You are responsible and structured in your work. You also have an ability to see details and take initiative in matters concerning the facility's daily operations. You will work closely with our operations manager. Administrative tasks are of a simpler nature related to the facility. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for further development within the organization.
About the Position: Probationary employment, expected to be filled as soon as possible. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
Working Hours: Varying, but mostly evening work Mon-Thu.
Wage Type: Fixed monthly, weekly, or hourly salary
