We are a genuine hunting store and shooting cinema located in Lanna, between Ă–rebro and Karlskoga, offering world-class service and shooting experiences for hunters, businesses, and private groups. We work with well-known brands to provide customers with the latest in hunting and shooting. In addition to the shooting cinema and hunting store, we offer a zeroing tunnel and a complete gunsmith workshop with a gunsmith/technician. At Lock & Load, we are passionate about creating a great experience for all visitors, whether they are shooters or someone looking to purchase insect repellent. We are part of the Nord Group.
Your Role
As the store and location manager at Lock & Load, you represent the company outwardly in the store and shooting cinema, providing visitors with a world-class experience regardless of their reason for visiting Lock & Load. You possess good product knowledge, a high level of service, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and visitors. The role requires a genuine interest in hunting, shooting, and outdoor life. Fundamentally, you are a retail salesperson with additional responsibilities for managing the store, scheduling staff, and driving the development of the store and facility. You are also expected to obtain a firearms dealer license after training if you do not already have one from another business.

More about the position and application
This is a permanent position starting as agreed. We apply a six-month probationary period. Working hours vary with the store's opening hours and include evenings and weekends. Selection is ongoing, so do not wait to apply.
