Your Role at Iver
You will work within Iver's Financial Services and Fintech business area, responsible for critical customer infrastructure service delivery. You will be responsible for cutting-edge technical solutions and actively participate in customer dialogues for continuous improvement and efficiency.
Our customers are often large Nordic companies, fintech firms, or government agencies with high information security requirements and infrastructure-as-code needs. Some of them represent critical societal functions and/or have specific threat profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive development of new solutions and guide customers forward
- Maintain close dialogue with developers and customers to improve and optimize platforms
- Manage and develop advanced technical systems
- Work on exploratory projects implementing new technologies
- Collaborate in agile, structured project environments

Candidate Profile:
We're looking for someone with:
• Strong technical interest and desire to understand complex systems
• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and related IaC tools
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and development processes
• Knowledge of Git, ArgoCD, or other CI/CD solutions
• Effective communication skills with developers, customers, and operations teams
• Interest in OpenSource and GitOps principles
Bonus Qualifications:
• Application test automation experience
• Knowledge of monitoring solutions (Grafana, Karma, Zabbix)
• PKI and AWS experience
• Strong pedagogical skills for explaining complex problems
