As a planner with us, you'll have a central role in creating both structure and flow in daily operations – for customers, your colleagues, and the organization as a whole. Work Tasks – What Will You Do? As a planner, you'll be the spider in the web ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Your tasks will include: • Service Planning – plan home care services according to social service legislation in our digital planning system. • Staffing and Scheduling – create sustainable schedules focusing on quality, continuity, and efficiency. • Resource Management – quickly and solution-oriented redistribute resources when unexpected events occur. • Implementation Plans – collaborate with contact persons to establish and follow up on individual plans. • Documentation and Follow-up – track changes in customer needs and document meticulously. • Customer Visits – meet new customers and follow up with existing ones as needed to ensure proper support. • Staff Support – guide, support, and be a sounding board for care personnel. • Collaboration – maintain ongoing dialogue with relatives and create security around customer services. Who Are You? We're seeking someone who is confident, responsible, and enjoys working in a varied role where days are rarely the same. You are quick to act and good at maintaining calm when needed. We prefer candidates with: • Experience in similar roles, preferably with leadership components. • Qualified nurse assistant with protected professional title. • Good system proficiency and digital competence. • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. • Driving license (B). • Ability to combine administrative work with operational tasks. • Economic thinking and understanding of resource optimization. • Initiative and flexibility in work approach. • Assertiveness with a soft and unpretentious demeanor. • Good collaboration skills and a service-oriented work style. Meriting: Experience working with Carefox, LifeCare Mobile Care, Intraphone, or similar digital planning systems. Employment and Work Arrangement Scope: Full-time, 37 hours/week Working hours: Monday–Friday 07:00–15:30, with on-call duty every third weekend Location: Based at our office in Österåker, working within Österåker municipality Start date: By agreement Employment type: Permanent with 6-month probationary period We do not accept applications via email.
