Here, you contribute to making everyday operations function – for both employees and patients. Your Role with Us As a planner/administrator, you are a key person in our operations. You ensure that the right resources are in the right place at the right time – something that creates security for both employees and customers. The work is independent and varied, with tasks that change from day to day. You will work with scheduling, staffing planning, and personnel administration in Heroma, as well as be responsible for orders, purchases, and invoice management. The role also includes covering acute and planned absences, participating in vacation and operational planning, and providing administrative support to the unit manager. As a planner, you are an important link between management, employees, and support functions, contributing to creating order and structure in a complex daily environment. You are adept at prioritizing, managing information, and finding solutions when conditions change quickly. With commitment, organizational skills, and innovative thinking, you contribute to systematically developing the organization and creating effective working methods that make a difference for both colleagues and customers. Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking candidates with a complete high school education in administration/economics/logistics or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. We want you to have experience in administrative work such as staffing, planning, and administration. Good computer skills and experience working with IT-based systems are required. Knowledge of Heroma, Time Care Planning - Multi Access, or similar systems is advantageous. Since communication and documentation are part of the work, you need a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. We seek someone who can work with other people, listen, show empathy and respect. You are unpretentious, receptive, and understand the importance of following routines. You also need the ability to plan and organize your work, follow instructions, legal requirements, and policies, and adhere to set timelines. You can create structure and maintain focus even when the pace is high and multiple tasks need to be handled simultaneously. About Us The Care Administration's operations are directed towards the elderly, individuals needing functional support, and those requiring home healthcare. The organization is functionally divided into four operational areas: support in ordinary housing, support in care and nursing homes, healthcare, and functional support. The administration also includes the municipal authority unit, national upper secondary school, and assistive technology center in Eastern Skåne.
