Job Description
As a planner in home care, you are the hub of the operation, with the main focus on ensuring that our users receive the right services at the right time. You will be in contact with nurses, rehabilitation staff, case managers, relatives, and others. The workday can change quickly due to various unforeseen events, requiring you to reschedule and manage staffing. The role includes conducting home visits. Working as a planner requires a good understanding of the complexities of home care. To thrive in this role, you should enjoy interacting with many people in various situations. Good adaptability and a positive demeanor are important in this position.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who at a minimum has a high school diploma and experience working administratively with the Office suite. To succeed in this role, you need to have experience in home care. Knowledge of the Lifecare system and an understanding of the significance of framework-time is considered an asset. The job requires good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are calm, stable, and controlled in stressful situations. You work well with others, listening, communicating, and resolving conflicts constructively. Furthermore, you have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others, making an effort to deliver solutions. You are also accommodating in your interactions with others. Last but not least, you plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively.
