Your Role
In this position, you will have a central function combining your knowledge of electricity and automation with planning skills and coordination. You will ensure the right materials are in place, manage work orders, and coordinate efforts. You will work closely with the production manager and technicians to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will contribute to creating structures and routines that enable high quality in our daily work.
As a planner (in an official capacity), your responsibilities include planning assignments and preventive maintenance, as well as participating in projects to improve operations. The work is very varied and largely driven by the production process. We believe in you and your capacity, and will provide both trust and freedom to develop and grow.

You have a confident approach and take responsibility in both planning and coordination. You are goal-oriented, solution-focused, and driven by creating structures and improvements that contribute to an efficient operation. You are loyal and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals. Safety always comes first, so it's important that you have a high safety awareness.
You have:
- High school education in electricity and automation or equivalent experience
- Manual transmission driver's license (B-license)
- Good Swedish language skills, spoken and written
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience in the automation industry (meritorious)
- Plant knowledge (meritorious)
