About Us: Picadeli is Sweden's largest salad concept in the grocery retail sector, and in 2017 we opened our first concept store in central Gothenburg. Since then, we have opened three additional restaurants and aim to open more in the future.
Job Responsibilities: Our customers pick and pay for their salad themselves. As an employee, your task is to monitor the restaurant and ensure everything runs smoothly. You will make sure the buffet is always replenished, clean, and fresh, and available to customers as needed.
What We're Looking For: We are now seeking someone with high ambition and strong work ethic. You have the will and drive to provide customers with an exceptional experience that makes them want to shop with us again. Since we work in constant contact with food, it's important that you enjoy keeping your surroundings clean and tidy. You are both responsible and proactive, with an eye for detail.
With us, your previous experience is not the decisive factor. Instead, we place great focus on you as a person. However, experience in similar positions is considered advantageous.
This is a needs-based employment with flexible hours. We prefer candidates who can occasionally work during lunch hours on weekdays.
