As a Personal Representative, you work highly independently and often outside the office.
Your Competence and Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- Social work degree or other college education that the employer deems equivalent and relevant to the position
- Good knowledge, familiarity, and understanding of the target group
- Extensive experience in relationship-building work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience with authority work
- Experience working in psychiatry
- Knowledge of society and relevant legislation
- Knowledge and experience with relevant methods such as Motivational Interviewing (MI)
You are accustomed to working independently, have good structure, and are curious about problem-solving based on clients' different needs and conditions.
Great importance is placed on personal abilities and skills.
Your Application
We are recruiting without a personal letter in this recruitment to strengthen the focus on the competencies and experiences requested for this role. In assessing your application, we will only consider your CV and a number of questions you will answer when applying for the position. We wish for you to answer the questions concretely and succinctly, with a clear connection between your answers and your CV.
