You are a confident person who enjoys working independently in care recipients' homes. You should be self-driven, initiative-taking, and a good listener. You are adaptable, flexible, and able to set boundaries. A pleasant approach, service-mindedness, and positive outlook are crucial in our work. Experience working with users with various functional variations such as physical and intellectual disabilities, MS, autism, etc. is desirable. We prefer candidates with relevant education, but personal suitability is equally important as education or experience. Additional interests in sports, music, art, cooking are beneficial. You enjoy nature and are an active person. Fluent Swedish language skills (speaking, reading, and writing) are required. Non-smokers are preferred. WORK TASKS As a personal assistant, your work involves daily tasks such as supporting the user in daily living, providing care, cleaning, cooking, shopping, accompanying on outings, medical appointments, rehabilitation training, physiotherapy, gym visits, daily activities, and various other activities. Tasks vary depending on your specific work location. Residing near your work area is advantageous for availability. A driver's license is beneficial but not necessary for all care recipients. We use the digital management system Aiai for scheduling, time reporting, and social documentation, so computer literacy is important. WHAT WE OFFER Eila provides personal assistance in Ängelholm, Höganäs, Örkelljunga, and Bjuv.
